1.92TB Enterprise SSDs
1.92TB SSD options here span 12Gb/s and 24Gb/s SAS, SATA and NVMe U.2 Gen4, mostly 2.5-inch enterprise drives with a Dell part number and, on each listing, the original maker's model (Samsung, KIOXIA, Toshiba, Micron, SK hynix or Intel). They include the Dell 8PMRM and NNKCT NVMe drives, the 9W12R, GKTF1 and XCN15 SATA drives and the 0FYFW, TDNP7 and V0K7V SAS drives. Same capacity, different endurance
At 1.92TB the endurance class depends on the drive line, so read each listing rather than assuming from the capacity. The Toshiba PX05SV-based Dell V0K7V is listed as mixed-use, for example, while the PX05SR-based Dell 0FYFW is listed as read-intensive.
| Interface | Drives on this page (drive maker's model) | Endurance per listing |
|---|---|---|
| NVMe 2.5-inch for U.2 bays, PCIe Gen4 x4 | Dell 8PMRM (Samsung MZ-WLR1T9B), Dell JH61J (Micron MTFDKCC1T9TFR), Dell NNKCT (KIOXIA KCD8XRUG1T92) | RI |
| SAS 24Gb/s | Dell 6K35K (KIOXIA KPM7XRUG1T92) | RI |
| SAS 12Gb/s | Dell 0FYFW (Toshiba PX05SRB192Y), Dell TDNP7 (KIOXIA KPM5XRUG1T92), Dell V0K7V (Toshiba PX05SVB192Y), HPE P07306-002, Toshiba PX04SVQ192B | RI and MU |
| SATA 6Gb/s | Dell 9W12R (Samsung MZ7LM1T9HMJP0D3), Dell GKTF1 (SK hynix HFS1T9G32FEH), Dell XCN15 (Intel SSDSC2KB01) | RI and MU |
Encryption is available at this size too: Dell's PowerEdge R7525 technical guide offers a 1.92TB SED/FIPS SAS SSD alongside its standard 1.92TB SAS, SATA and NVMe U.2 Gen4 drives. The RI and MU labels are explained in our read-intensive, mixed-use and write-intensive SSD guide, and DWPD vs TBW covers how to size endurance.
Other capacities are on the 960GB, 3.84TB and 800GB SSD pages. For form factor and interface, see U.2 NVMe drives and the SAS, SATA and NVMe SSD ranges in our enterprise SSDs, or the PowerEdge R7525 that takes them. Each listing shows its Enterasource warranty term.
