Dell VFJ45 is the NVIDIA Tesla V100 PCIe 16GB GPU accelerator, NVIDIA board number 699-2G500-0200-300. NVIDIA assigns board numbers in the 699-2G500-0200 series to the Tesla V100 PCIe 16GB.
GPU and memory
The card is built on the NVIDIA Volta GV100 GPU, with 5,120 CUDA cores and 640 Tensor cores. It carries 16GB of HBM2 on a 4096-bit bus with up to 900 GB/s of bandwidth, and ECC is supported and enabled by default. NVIDIA rates the PCIe version at 7 TFLOPS double precision, 14 TFLOPS single precision and 112 TFLOPS tensor performance.
Board, power and cooling
It is a dual-slot, full-height, 10.5-inch PCI Express 3.0 x16 card with 250W total board power. Cooling is passive: the bidirectional heatsink needs system airflow, in either direction across the card. Auxiliary power comes in through one CPU 8-pin connector.
