The SK hynix HMAA8GR7AJR4N-XN is a 64GB DDR4-3200 registered ECC server memory module (RDIMM) in the 288-pin form factor, organised as two ranks of x4 devices (2Rx4) and running at 1.2 V.
Build and Speed Grade
The module is built from thirty-six SK hynix H5ANAG4NAJR 4Gx4 devices on 16Gb A-die DRAM in flip-chip single-die packages (SDP), on a low-profile x72 board. Its PC4-3200AA grade is DDR4-3200 at 22-22-22 timings, and it is also rated for PC4-2933, PC4-2666, PC4-2400, PC4-2133, PC4-1866 and PC4-1600 data rates. Temperature grade is commercial, 0 to 85 °C.
Thermal Sensor and Post-Package Repair
The module carries an on-board thermal sensor and supports both hard and soft post-package repair (hPPR and sPPR).
