The Kingston KVR21E15D8/8 is an 8GB DDR4-2133 ECC unbuffered memory module (ECC UDIMM) in the 288-pin form factor: 1G x 72-bit, dual rank with x8 devices (2Rx8), built from eighteen 512M x 8-bit FBGA components.
Timing, Voltage and Height
The SPD is programmed to JEDEC DDR4-2133 timing of 15-15-15 (CL15) at 1.2 V, with VPP at 2.5 V. The module carries a temperature sensor with integrated SPD, has a PCB height of 1.23 in (31.25 mm) and is rated for 0 to 85 °C operation.
