It has 16 cores and 32 threads, a 3.0 GHz base clock, a 3.6 GHz all-core boost and boost up to 3.7 GHz, with 64 MB of L3 cache. The default TDP is 200 W, and the configurable TDP (cTDP) range is 200–240 W.
