Managed PoE+ Network Switches
Managed PoE switches send power and data to IP phones, wireless access points and cameras over one Ethernet cable, and these are rack-mount enterprise models with PoE or PoE+ on their access ports. The range covers Cisco's Catalyst 9300 (including UPOE models), 9200L, 2960-XR and 2960-X, Juniper's EX2200 through EX4300, Dell N-series and HP ProCurve, from 8 to 48 ports. PoE budget per port and per switch
Two numbers decide what a PoE switch can run: the maximum per port and the budget for the whole unit. Cisco rates PoE+ at 30W per port and Cisco UPOE at 60W per port on the Catalyst 9300, where the C9300-24U and C9300-48U are the UPOE models on this page. The 10/100 models here, such as the Catalyst 2960+ and HP ProCurve 2650-PWR, are listed as PoE rather than PoE+.
