Access on this switch is copper twisted pair, not fibre, and that is the design decision it exists to serve. Where the servers need 10 Gigabit over copper, the Nexus 9372TX is the correct switch rather than this one. Where they need 25 Gigabit over fibre, the Nexus 93180YC-EX is.
